I recently read, somewhere, about the 10 things that confident and successful people don't do. I don't disagree with any of them, but I must feel successful and confident enough to give you more than 10 things that I think successful, confident people do. -
They build a solid team of people around them that they can trust.
They never fear who would be the one person that won't be a team player. They encourage everybody.
They do not sleep on a schedule that most people can live off of.
They are willing to talk to anybody.
They may give up in their heads sometimes, but never out of their mouths.
They are able to see the future. They make plans that may take six years to actually conceive. Meaning, they perceive the virtual reality of something before they actually conceive it.
Successful people never want to feel superior, and they do not want their counterparts to feel inferior.
Successful people believe in love, not luck. They believe in hard work, but mostly they believe in building a solid team to accomplish what has never been done before.
Successful people change their mind without an excuse.
Successful people want other people around them that want to excel beyond the ordinary.
Successful people are always looking to lift someone up to where they are.
Successful people are not loud mouth leaders, they are team players with audacity, integrity, and wit.
Successful people never dream of failure. They encourage others around them so that they too can soar.
Successful people feel obliged to make a list of things that they believe help propel them to a confident standing in their intimate and professional circle.
Successful people think they can buy friends, but yet they earn respect and friendship by working just as hard, just as long, and just as smart as anyone in the room.
Successful people find a way, or they make a way.
In conclusion. Everyone is successful by their own standards. The key to recognizing success is to know that you gave something your ultimate best.
